  Si necuno ha respondite a tu question "Io non sape que es 'charset'" (ben que
on jam lo ha facite), io va repeter lo aqui:

charset = "character set" = serie de characteres, in altere parolas le nomine
   de un serie de characteres usate in codice html.  Sovente le nomine es un
   codice.  Io non sape plus super isto.  Illo es un serie de characteres usate
   in typographia.
