Io non es certo si io bene comprehende, sed il me
pare que un traduction literal in anglese es
possible.

   The president warned Iran and Syra
   that they not permit that terrorists
   go accross their teritories.

Le problema es "pro".  (Illo non es "that" in IED.)

Esque il ha un altere maniera pro dicer iste phrasa sin
le infinitivo personal potugeses?
