Io crede que le verbo derivante del nomine "lingua" deberea 
esser "linguar" e que illo es un valide vocabulo interlinguan. 
Le parola lingua existe in le IED e le regulas del section §140 del 
grammatica indica que le action de "usar, utilisar" es obtenite con le 
addition del suffixo AR. 

Iste regule se conforma al usage italian (e io crede anque francese e 
espaniol) que considera solmente le prime conjugation como 'vivente' o 
capace de acceptar neologismos.
