Hi - gosh I can relate! OK - insert usual disclaimer here: I am not a
doctor - everybody's system is different - keep reading/looking/learning
'till you find what's right for you! - BUT - I wanted to share the
following, for whatever it may be worth! Remember - only you can decide
what's best for you.

OK - I found, after getting comfortable with Armour and what it did to help
my whole system, that my usual PMS problems were helped tremendously when I
did two things: first, I upped my supplemental calcium (made with Vit D,
Mag., and Zinc - all in same tablet) to about 1000 mg a day (the ones I use
come in 333 mg tablets so I take it in two doses - two/thirds at one time,
and the other third later in the day, because the body supposedly only
absorbs so much at one time -- but both of these times being well away from
usual dose of Armour, of course), AND - especially - when I added Tonalin
CLA to my regimin - (for me, I take three daily, one with each meal" or at
least, at typical "meal times" even if not actually having a "meal"). The
CLA, for my system, was practically magic when it came to PMS-type
problems.... still get cramps but they're probably half as intense as they
used to be since starting the CLA, but the mood swings very nearly are only
memories now, since starting that. Do take a look at the whole Omega fats
levels in your diet - they're related to estrogen levels in some way, but
don't ask me how...

Now - if I could only do something with this stubborn weight.... LOL! Hope
this might be of help! All best wishes, Jan
