nl: het heeft te maken met, het heeft ermee te maken
de: das hat (alles/nichts/etwas) damit zu tun
fr: cela n'a rien a voir avec; avoir affaire à ?
etc.

Io trova:
haber nihil a facer con : to have nothing to do with (Denisowski)
extranee, esser -- a un cosa : niets te maken hebben met iets (Cleij)

Illo ambes es negative. But what if it DOES have to do with 
something? Secundo le francese (voir) e portugese (ver) il 
pote/debe ser alique con 'vider' in interlingua? 'Haber a vider 
con'? Mais isto es in nulle dictionario!
