Dear Friends,

My new book, The Gluten-Free Revolution: Absolutely Everything You Need to Know about Losing the Wheat, Reclaiming Your Health, and Eating Happily Ever After (Holt,NY) is now on sale wherever books are sold!

I’ve been away awhile working on other projects, but In an American gone mad with gluten, celiac disease on the rise, and shades of gluten sensitivity and other digestive problems reaching epidemic proportions, misinformation and hype abound, I could not help thinking it’s never been more important for all us to be on the same page. After a solid year of writing this epic 632-page book, I am out of the “witness protection program,” healthy and happy to be of service to a new generation of gluten-free readers.

My warmest wishes,

Jax Peters Lowell
