The Gluten Intolerance Group (GIG) formally invites you to our free webinar about our recent study with the University of Chicago Celiac Disease Center regarding the safety and effects of "gluten-removed" beer on those with celiac disease. The webinar will take place on Thursday, February 23rd at 1 pm EST. We will hear from our very own Regulatory & Standards Manager, Laura Allred, Founder & CEO of Ground Breaker Brewing, James Neumeister, and owner of KingGlutenFree.com, Jordan Middlebrook.
