Hi Celiac Community,

I am wondering if you can help? My Celiac son has been attending a sleep-away camp in New Hampshire for the past two summers and they were able to accommodate his gluten free eating. They always have on staff an allergy specialist who orders the food and manages all the children who have various allergies - including Celiac. It's a nut free camp so that does not need to be managed.

The camp is having trouble finding a specialist for this coming summer. It's imperative that they find someone to manage this important job. Many children who go to this truly beautiful and fabulous camp rely on this person to eat.

Does anyone know anyone who might be interested in working 9 weeks at this beautiful camp in New Hampshire?

Please let me know as soon as possible and I will be happy to forward your information on to the directors of the camp.

Thank you!

Lori
