My doctor is recommending I have an IgG test for further food sensitivities.
Some years ago I had the ALCAT test, which proved pretty accurate about
foods I needed to avoid.

I'm not sure if I should have the IgG, since most of the articles I've read
about it say it's not very reliable. I wonder if I'd be better off just
repeating the ALCAT.

If you've had the IgG test, was it pretty accurate? Did you get false
positives?

Thanks. I'll summarize responses.

Diana
