thanks everyone for all the concern and the help and information provided
as to how to blend gluten free flours without using any nut, corn, tapioca,
millet flours.  Most suggested using a basic blend with rice flour,
arrowroot , potato starch.  I am going to experiment and use the ideas
provided.  Will post more when I have some results - hopefully, good
results -- Mary in Michigan
