One year ago, P.F. Chang’s was rattled by a class action suit that
challenged the lawfulness of their gluten-free menu. The case has not yet
been resolved (according to the latest update
<http://www.celiac.com/articles/24210/1/PF-Changs-Pesky-Gluten-free-Disability-Lawsuit-Wont-Go-Away-Just-Yet/Page1.html>
by Celiac.com). Celiac Disease Money Squeeze (CDMS) would like to revisit
the lawsuit by sharing this unpublished opinion piece by our founder. The
article can be found at:

What do you think about the P.F. Chang's lawsuit? Do you think that formal
medical coverage should be established to help celiac patients with the
expenses of prescribed, gluten-free nutritional therapy?
