What are the specific blood tests usually ordered for a child or sibling of a person who has been diagnosed with celiac disease? I'd like my son (grown) to be tested for celiac; his initial visit will be with a general practitioner. One website referred to this test: tTG-IgA; another to these: IgAtTG and IgAEMA
For genetic testing, is that also done with a blood test?  Thank you.  Roselyn
