Re le presente active, io ha credite que nos ha discutite le construction
"star a ...-r", e.g. io sta a leger le libro. Io prefere iste
construction pro duo rationes. Primo, ben que le presente active non
existe in interlingua, iste construction es similar al construction "veni
de ...-r" [pro le anglese "have just (done)"], le qual existe
(Interlingua Today, pp 234). E secunde, le verba auxiliari usate in le
linguas romance es star (vide italian _sto pensando_, espaniol _estoy
pensando_, portuguese _estou pensando_).
