Thank you to the list mates that responded to my request for recommendations. I have listed them below.

-the amazon website for collagen of https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07C75904F.

-horsetail tea along with vit d and magnesium.

-Wegmans Bone Broth, chicken or beef to use in soups and unflavored Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides dietary
supplement from Target and Target brand Hair, Skin, Nails, vitamins with Keratin.

-Kettle & Fire Bone Broths fresh, organic and gluten free – website https://www.kettleandfire.com/

-oxtail soup – buy an oxtail and have the butcher cut up and get rid of the fat.
Put in a big soup pot with 4 cups fresh tomatoes, 4 cups of cut up onions, and 4 cups of carrots -
add water and cook slowly for 4 to 5 hours adding water when necessary.
This can be cooking while you are doing something else. Freeze in portions, soup will be super collagenous.
Amazing for bones because the tail of the ox has a mini vertebra of its own.
Along with bone broth daily this respondent takes Life Extension Bone Restore with K2, 5 mg melatonin,
strontium citrate, and all the salmon and dark leafy greens he can eat plus walk everywhere and does
Pilates every week. Also had suffered necrosis of the jaw from Boniva infusions and this broth was
recommended for osteoporosis by a Chinese rheumatologist.

Again thanks to the list mates and to the celiac listserv for being there for us.

Jean
