List Mates – I was recently prescribed vit d2 at 50,000 IU because my vit d level was close to the lower end of the reference range (30-80 – I was 30.1) taking one softgel every 7 days for 12 weeks. To me that seems like a lot.
Has any list member done this and experienced side effects. I have always heard vit d3 was better than vit d2,
I use to take calcium citrate and vit d3 in a fine granular form from Freeda but that has been some time ago and now they don’t have anything in the granular form since they have reopened.
I would also appreciate any recommendation of a source of calcium and vit d separately or the combination together.
I will do a summary.
Thanks.
