Hi Everyone,

Below are responses received. I hope this helps someone else 😁

We had a great visit to Paradisus Palma Real in the Dominican Republic. They were able to accommodate my and my child's Celiac well. We did get upgraded to "The Reserve" because where we had originally booked was closed for renovations, so I'm not sure if all locations of the resort are as accommodating, but they should be.

We enjoyed Coconut Bay resort in St. Lucia. Food is decent. They had a GF station at every meal but would also make items to order if you requested a burger, etc.

Thank you,
Holly
