February 29, 2020,

Hi GIG Members,

We *WERE* going to cover effects and the importance to know things about
eating *REAL FOOD vs* *PROCESSED* at tomorrow’s meeting but at short
notice, *we need to cancel the 3/1/2020 meeting*. None of the leaders can
make it due to a variety of reasons. We apologize in advance.

I would like to thank everyone who was involved with last month’s meeting.
Ruth was sick and unable attend last week’s meeting. So Ron, thank you for
being the *host with the most.*

*I have attached some recipes that support eating real*.

Bring your input to what you would like to do as a group and need to
discuss. Bring those recipes you need help with and your questions.

*On bigger news, we are working with Schar USA to hold an open house at
their facility in South Jersey. We hope to have visitors tour the plant and
see where the magic happens to produce 100% gluten free products. If you’re
interested, PLEASE respond with a head count so we can plan for this future
event.*
