Here is a summary of responses to my question: Does anyone know of a good
gluten free bread machine mix that's not heavy and dense?

Are you on any gf Facebook or Instagram groups? That's where I go now for
celiac.

We used to use Pamela's Bread Mx.

and my celiac daughter liked it. They sell it on amazon and you can get
discounts for regular delivery. You can probably get it at Whole Foods.

The only problem with it was it would only stay edible by her criteria for 3
days or so. When we stopped using it, I had been looking at
<https://shop.kingarthurbaking.com/items/expandable-bread-keeper>
https://shop.kingarthurbaking.com/items/expandable-bread-keeper as a way to
keep it to her standards longer. She did not like the bread after it had
been frozen.
She decided she liked Canyon Bakehouse premade bread and we dropped
Pamela's. Pamela's did smell & taste delicious right out of the oven
though.

I buy gf dough in trader joe. Very good.

We really like Pamela's bread mix and use it in our bread machine regularly.
The loaf comes out pretty and has a nice texture and taste. I purchase it at
our WEGMAN'S grocery store for $15.99/4 lb. bag.

Here a link for a three pack of the same product on Amazon:

I am in New Jersey and these mixes and stores are all in my area. Thank you
to everyone who responded.
