Everyone reassured me that the Barium Swallow tests had very low risk.
Someone did say the vanilla flavor was not GF. I was not given any flavor
choices today and I did ask if it was GF and Dairy free and they said *yes*.

The test was not as bad as I had envisioned and the barium really had no
taste to me. Fortunately the Dr. performing the test saw nothing of concern
and I did not even reflux during the procedure. So I will continue to be
more vigilant on staying dairy free as that I believe has added to my
problems of Laryngeal Reflux.

I cannot thank all who replied enough for your support as I was very
nervous about drinking this "stuff". You gave me courage!
