On April 9, I posted:
> I have been buying Conte’s GF frozen Ravioli for about 2 years and highly recommend it.
> The “Spinach & Cheese Ravioli” are particularly good. The GF Cheese Ravioli are also good, but we prefer the Spinach.
> They are more substantial and hold up much better in boiling water when cooking as well as having a better flavor.

and I remarked:
> Conte’s also makes a variety of GF pizzas and ready to serve pasta dishes but I have no experience with them, good or bad, since I have not found them in my local markets, only the two Ravioli products.

Several people have contacted me to ask where to buy Conte’s products or to comment on other brands / products they like.

WHERE TO BUY
Conte’s does have a website where you can see their GF products info:
      https://www.contespasta.com/our-products/gluten-free/

and then link to their “Where To Buy” info, or click directly on this link:

SUGGESTIONS FROM OTHER PEOPLE:

*** Paula in Illinois ***
"I have bought Conte's cheese ravioli but haven't seen the spinach ones yet here in the St Louis area. There is also Caesar's frozen GF Italian entrees which I like such as stuffed shells and vegetable lasagne. When we travel I take some along in a cooler, and we use the microwave at truckstops, buy a drink and fuel and hit the road again. They have quite a bit less salt than Amy's and other brands.

"If you like thin crust and have to watch salt like me, I use a frozen GF tortilla, Francesco Rinaldi no-salt-added sauce and some cheese plus mushrooms or whatever topping you like. I use Boars Head low sodium muenster cheese which is only 75mg per ounce and it melts very nicely and gets brown and bubbly.”

*** Rob *** (did not give location)
"I like Conte’s ravioli as well as their pierogi. But the gluten-free pasta I most enjoy is from a company called Taste Republic. They have an online-web site and some supermarkets sell some of their products. Their tortelloni is amazing as are the lasagna sheets which are no boil. They also have various vegetable pastas including cauliflower and black bean. — They taste like fresh pasta!”
