Ecce un recepta de dessert de Kentucky

Cobbler de Persicas

60 ml sucro
1.25ml vanilla
120ml butyro
240ml farina
5ml sal
15ml soda a cocer(baking powder)
120ml lacte
240ml sucro
1 latta de persicas (o 480ml)


Pre-caleface le furno a 176C/350F.
Funde le butyro e versa lo a in un platto de marmita.
Misce (con un coclear) le farina, sal, soda a cocer, vanilla, lacte, e 60ml sucro.
Pone le mixtura a in le butyro per coclearatas
Misce le persica e le sucro
Pone le fructo super le pasta per coclearatas.
Coce pro 35 minutas in le furno.

Vos pote usar ulle fructo (preparate como si pro un torta).
Vos pote substituer margarina pro butyro.
