Uvazhaemye Gospoda!

Postea interlingua ha vincite, i.e. devenite le lingua
universal del Europa, le translitteration del
characteres russe (e altere systemas cyrillic) deveni
un cosa importante. Benque nos nationes que usa
characteres latin naturalmente pensa que le russos,
belaruses, ukrainianos, serbos, bulgaros,
macedonianos, montenegrinos (ha io oblidate alicuno?)
anque deberea comenciar usar characteres latin. E
le grecos.

Io pensa que nos deberea crear un systema consequente
pro translitteration inter le characteres latin e
russe (cyrillic russe).

Ecce le principios fundamental:

1. Phonemas in accordo de interlingua, si possibile.
2. Nulle signos diacritic salvo (forsan) Í e E reverse.
3. Al maximum duo litteras pro un littera cyrillic.
4. Le systema debe esser reciprocal, i.e. quando le
   parola "L" (characteres latin) es translitterate a
   lo cyrillic e retro a lo latin le parola "L" debe
   remane in le forma original latin. Le mesme applica
   si le parola "C" (characteres cyrillic) es
   translitterate a lo latin e retro a lo cyrillic, le
   parola debe remane in le forma original cyrillic.
