Addition al message previe:
"Creme fraiche" o "crema francese" es producite de crema (non lacte) que es
fermentate con adjuta de un mixture de bacterios differente, p.ex. 
Lactococcus cremoris,
Lactococcus diacetylactis e Leuconostoc cremoris.
Dunque le nomine debe esser
crema francese o
crema fermentate francese.

In Francia: la cr&#233;me fra&#238;che
In Interlingua: ??? (es possibile – "le crema de lacte"? O "le lacte
cremose"?)
