Yerevan, 4 de augusto: Un mendicante in Yerevan hodie
A proposito,.
me 10 drams."

Yerevan, 4th August: A beggar in Yerevan today asked Armenian Prime
Minister Andranik Markaryan to sign a decree allocating him 10 drams
[0.02 dollars].
The request was made during an encounter between Markaryan and the
beggar outside the building of Yerevan State University, which today had
the honour to be visited by the prime minister. By the way, Andranik
Markaryan himself approached the beggar at his own initiative and started
talking to him. In response, the beggar told the prime minister that he
was pleased to meet him personally and added: "Boss, I would like you to
sign a decree allocating me 10 drams." Markaryan replied: "They will give
it to you." And they really did, not 10 drams, but more.]
