On spera que le Union acceptara le Constitution. In facto solo le populos  
francese e nederlandese ha votate contra le constitution, e illos lo  
faceva, secundo le jornalistas, in protesto contra lor governamentos, ma  
iste cosa es quasi oblidate - on parla alora solo de que le franceses ha  
votate no! Ma il ha un pluritate de parlamentos que ha acceptate lo!
