generalmente considerate multo mal netiquette publicar messages
inviate privatemente a uno.
-------------------------------------------------------x--------

Salute, Lars!

Le persona in question respondeva a mi message que era
inviate al publico general. Io pensa que il es
netiquette dubitose commentar messages public in
private, e in iste caso in un tono bastante

a "islamanos"
:: "Al fin de mi message io spera, que vos non
:: publicara mi e-mail a islamanos."
Io non revelava su nomine mesmo a christianos e
paganos.

A Polish village in Turkey
POLONEZKÖY

In 1772 Austria, Russia and Prussia signed a treaty concerning
the partition of Poland which the Ottoman Empire never
accepted. This helped to turn the Ottoman lands into a shelter
for Polish political refugees. Especially after the war of
1831, the Hungarian Uprising of 1848, the Crimean War and the
Polish Uprising of 1863, groups of fleeing soldiers found a
safe place to live under Turkey's protection.

In 1841 Adam Czartoryski [*], a Polish prince living in France,
founded at his own expense a Polish agency in Istanbul. The
first governor of the agency was Michal Cajkowski (Çayka
Pasha). In 1842 Prince Czartoryski submitted to the Ottoman
Government a letter in which he proposed to create a Polish
colony on the vast land, near Istanbul, which belonged to the
Lazarists. The Ottoman Government and the Lazarists accepted the
proposal and signed an agreement on 3 March 1842. The prince
was offered 5000 dönüm (c. 1250 acres) of Lazarists' land as a
perpetual lease. The agreement enabled the Polish farm colony
to come into existence on Ottoman territory. On 19 March 1842
at a religious ceremony the village was given the name
Adampol (now known as Polonezköy).

Several Presidents of Poland have visited Polonezköy: Lech
Walesa in 1994, and later - on 13 June 1996 and 19 June 2000 -
Aleksander Kwasniewski. Numerous Polish politicians and
ministers customarily call at the village during their visits
to Turkey. In addition, the members of the Polish army have
often been guests in the village.

----------------------------------------------------------------
-------------------------------------------------------x--------

Si, si! Le problema es cognoscite. Le juventute
europee hodierne manca energia ... Un plus ration a illo
proque nos besonia plus turcos in vetule Europa ...

Salutante
