Il ha un ration plus basic que le accento.  Il ha duo suffixos aqui.

-il es semper usate pro formar adjectivos de substantivos.
cive -> civil, puero => pueril, gente -> gentil, hoste -> hostil,
infante -> infantil

-ile es semper usate pro formar adjectivos de verbos o participios
perfecte (irregular quando illos existe).  reper [rep-/rept-] ->
reptile, facer -> facile, ut- [ut-/us-] -> utile, frager [frag-/fract-]
-> fragile, ager -> agile, ducer [duc-/duct-] -> ductile, eriger
[erig-/erect-] -> erectile

Assi tu pote determinar le accento si tu sape si o non le radice es
un substantivo o un verbo.
