"Parlar" in iste caso significa "chattar" (un belle neologismo 
interlinguista ;).
Isto significa que tu scribe con le claviero de tu computator, le 
alteres lege e responde in le mesme maniera.
Il ha un canal #interlingua public, ma on pote anque parlar privatemente 
(via le conversation private que se appella "query" o facente un altere 
canal :).
