In italiano le action de "render public un cosa" (usualmente per papyro)
es [it]pubblicare, [ia]publicar, ma illo de "propagandar un cosa" es
[it]pubblicizzare, [ia]*publicisar, non [ia]publicitar.  Probabilemente
ambes es correcte, al minus grammaticalmente.
