Alphabetos cyrillic e latin in Moldova

Estimate draculas!

Io trovava un paginario basque (!) in interrete super
le problemas re alphabetos cyrillic e latin. On
scribeva illac:
  "Nota: Le alphabeto romanian ha reimplaciate
  lo cyrillic in Moldova ('Bessarabia')."

Isto es interessante proque Moldova es le sol pais in
le mundo ubi un lingua romanic ha essite scripte con
alphabeto cyrillic.

  Io ha unquam vidite un texto russe scripte in
  alphabeto latin utilisante le methodo yugoslav de
  translitteration al alphabeto latin!
Allan: Io crede que le "methodo yugoslav" era le
  methodo del ISO (International Standardization
  Organization), que era probabilimente adaptate ex
  serbo-croato. Reguarda infra:

Allan: Iste systema moldovan (e romanian?) es un
mixtura del transcription e translitteration. Le
differentias con mi systema:

-1- Proque "g" es "g" in interlingua, "ghe" e "ghi"
    non son necessari
-2- "ie" es transcription (= ye)
-3- "Creml", no, "Kreml"!
-4- Forsan "ke" e "ki" son melior
-5- "c" non es "/tch/tsh/cz" in interlingua
-6- ç - Iste character francese se non trova in
    interlingua. Infortunamente anque turchia ha
    ç. "Hruçev"
-7- c pro "shch/cx" es ancora pejor.
    "Hrucev"? No! "Hrusxev"!.
-8- î - De novo un character diacritic.
    Cernobîl? Non, Czernobyl!
-9- a( ? (E reverse)

Io pensa que moldaviano e romaniano contine nimis
multe characteres peculiar pro esser utilisabile in
interlingua pro translitteration de cyrillitza.
