Car amicos,

Io lege in le Statutos del UMI:

"Personas individual, specialmente in paises ubi il non ha un association national pro interlingua affiliate al UMI, pote esser membros de un Section International del UMI, establite e administrate per le Consilio Executive, si illes accepta le statutos del UMI. Iste section functiona exactemente como si illo esseva un association national pro interlingua."

Isto poterea esser un altere possibilitate pro me.
