   Ha il un distinction inter "baking powder" e "yeast" in iste
discussion?  Le "yeast" es un microorganismo que "fermenta" le pan.
Nostre 18000 parola dictionario dice que "YEAST" = levatura.
Le levatura in pulvere es chimicamente le bicarbonato de sodium.
