Ille ha morite = he has died, ha muerto
ille moriva = he died, él murió

"ille ha morite" face referentia a un tempore specific e recente
"ille moriva" face referentia a un tempore plus nubose in le passate

Ille ha morite e nos regretta su morte.
Ille moriva e nos regrettava su morte.

Ma iste differentiation emana de mi pensar espaniol. :-)
