Le UNION BASC PRO INTERLINGUA non deberea esser alique local referite al
Pais Basc geographic. Illo es destinate al POPULO BASC (al personas) qui
vive in tote le mundo e qui parla linguas differente.

Le non bascos poterea pensar: esque le lingua basc non servirea a iste
scopo?
