Hoax.

Banks by definition do not have money and cannot have money, 
because money = claim by the public on banks.

Claim of a bank on another bank: NOT money.
Claim of a bank on the public: NOT money.
Claim of a creditor on a debtor: NOT money.
Etc. etc.
