le Academia 'non debe mitter in votation' le recipimento de un termino que,
per Stan Mulaik, haberea essite usate in le Manifesto de Interlingua

Le termino es legislar.

Ab lege, como al paragrapho 140 per le Grammatica, on trova le suffixo
-ificar pro to make, render; to convert into: assi on haberea legificar.

Ma:
In italiano: legiferare pro promulgar un lege e accomplir tote le
activitates necessari a su entrata in vigor.
Ab francese: le'gife'rer, adaptation del syntagma latin 'legem' pro lege e
'ferre' pro portar, assi presentar un lege.
In espaniol: legislar.
In anglese: to legislate.
Legiferare > legiferer > legem ferre = legiferar?

Si! in le IED on ha jam 'l e g i f e r a r' pro to legislate.
