<<Disclaimer: Verify this information before applying it to your situation.>> I'd asked for recommendations for grocery stores and restaurants in Las Vegas, NV, and Kingman and Sedona, AZ. I received the following. Thank you all, I greatly appreciate your responses! In general it was recommended to: * google the town and gluten free * 2 recommended using the "Find Me Gluten Free" app In Los Vegas: * Whole Foods * Sprouts (smaller "Whole Foods like" store) * Albertson's (big supermarket - lots of GF selections and best prices) * Supposedly there's a GF restaurant site - will have to google this * another said there are many other stores and restaurants gluten free friendly * If Flamingo is still there, was warned to stay away as person helped organize an auto-immune conference and had problems with the food. In Arizona in general: * said to have choices for Mexican cuisine in many places, just ask for corn tortillas In Kingman: * one googled "eating gluten free in Kingman" and said several options came up * another said on a driving trip through Kingman, the Find Me Gluten Me restaurant app came up with zero choices * several recommended food/supplies be brought with to Kingman In Sedona: * 6 recommended Picazzo's Pizza - www.picazzos.com * 3 recommended Whole Foods in the area * one recommended a B & B that overlooks Castle Rock that served gluten free breakfast. Would have to google search to find which as person was unsure of the name. * ChocolaTree (vegan and gluten free) www.chocolatree.com * Red Rock Cafe, 100 Verde Valley School Rd., #107 - few options, will substitute fruit for hash browns if you don't want them * PisaLisa, 2245 AZ-89A - good pizza * Hideaway House, 213 Highway 179 - good salad * Natures Grocer - good selection of snacks, muffins (frozen/refrigerated) and basic staples I received a few other recommendations as well: * If anywhere near Summerlin - Mark Rich for GF pizza/pasta and Sammy's Pizza may have GF selections * If near Flagstaff - Diablo Burger, 120 N Leroux Streets - good burger and fries (hidden in a corner near an indoor malls) * If going through Tucson, Gourmet Girls on N. Oracle. It's a bakery/lunch place that came highly recommended. Thank to all again!
