Malanding,

Congratulations to you and the rest of the family.Great job, and very well
deserved. Folks, while Malanding was busy with his work on this degree, he
still found time to be one of the people who authored the GESO Document, as
well as provide a lot of additional documentation that was required by IRS to
me. You are invaluable to the team, and we wish you great success in your
field.
