Mr Sanyang,
I guess you have either listened to or read brother Malcolm's famous speech,
Ballot or The Bullet. But I have made my peace with both  Omar and Saul.  And
since when have you entered Mr. Saul's brain to tell what he was referring
too?  Sorry but you are completely wrong in your analysis of Malcolm's speech
and the way it refers to Saul's article.
Therefore, until you explain the phrase in it's proper context, I have
decided to refrain from arguing with you until your information is more
updated.
