I am in deep shock upon hearing this very sad news.  Ralph or Mr Simmon
as I used to call him was my Primary Six teacher at Wesley Primary
School.  Under Ralph's expertise in the teaching field, he afforded me a
rich and memorable training ground. I may have thought of  him hard at
that time, but in restrospect, I feel I'm all the better for having
passed through his hands.

May God grant him a peaceful rest in the bossom of the Lord.
