Yes, this is Gai-Baldeh - the then stubborn man of Gambia Airways - the
office that used to harbor corrupt officials of the Gambia Government. A
forum that used to cater and fund private trips of government officials
ranging from the NIB to the State House.
An office that catered the personal but insurable interest of its board of
directors. You know what I am talking about -- you know why the British
Airways stopped operating as copartners of the Gambia government. You for
sure know the massive funding Gambia Airways under took in building and
furnishing homes of top government civil servants.
My petition to Sir Dawda Jawara is there in the State House to speak in my
absence. I thought this regime was going to bring meaningful changes in the
corrupt practices that that prevailed our nation then. we have thought that
this regime knows the priorities for nation small as ours yawning for
economic development. I thought this regime was going to work towards lifting
a nation that has long been its knees. Gambian thought that by now the 21st
century, we would have been well advanced towards building an infrastructure
conducive to our people and children.
without doubt, I am not disappointed but worried as to the state of our
nation. Gambia is a peace loving nation that has suddenly turned to be a
place indiscriminate murder.
we are listening and so is the world, to the long awaited murder of our
children.

Tell the State House, THEY MUST SPEAK.
