Katim, job well done.
 Could you also make note on section 2.3. The fact that, at the time of the
referendum, the constitution maintained that a president can only serve two
consecutive five-year terms, this clause was conspicuously absent in the
final draft, hence Yahya could become another Jawara.
 Under section 2.4. regarding the $35 million debacle, the $3 million was
allegedly recovered and returned to the coffers of the Gambian Treasury.
There's no evidence or visible trace of this transaction....Statements on
this issue were made by the then AG Fatou Bensouda and echoed by Fatou
Jahumpa to discredit Ebou Jallow AKA 'Jambarr,' i.e. after
clarifying/explaining his role on the $35 million from Taiwan.
