Hi saihou,
I don't think we can rule out constitutional crisis in the currently
political climate in the Sunshine state-what we can probably say is that the
sovereign is very careful in trying to resolve what the forefathers never
thought of in the 18th century.
America has to admit that the electoral vote can no longer serve the purpose
for which is was intended about two and a half centuries ago. Should it be
corrected? yes, it should but they cannot.
