My sincere condolences to the Palmer Family. Mrs. Rachel Palmer was a very
strong woman who believed in her profession,was a source of inspiration to me
and many other students at the Gambia School of Nursing and Midwifery where
she was then the Principal. May her soul rest in perfect peace
