Dear Mr. Goswell,

Whether you are crazy or not, I want to inform you that Gambia-L is not for
threathening people, irrespective of who they are or what they have done. I'm
sure you know more than one way of contacting President Jammeh, and for this
reason, I would like you to refrain from sending e-mail like below to this list.
For your information, you are more than welcome to stay on Gambia-L, as long as
you keep quiet until you have something positive to contribute to the dialog. I
hope your e-mail below is the last of it's kind from you to the list. Thanks a
lot, and best wishes.

Sincerely,

Katim
