What if all possible solutions are exhausted and neither side comes out as
the winner of the election

1. Can Clinton claim over time pay if he serves as Presidents past Jan 12
2001?
2. Can the RepubCrats serve as co-presidents and co-VPs?
3. Or can the Supreme Ct appoint the oldest members of the Senate (Thorman &
Helms) as President and vice president?

As silly as this may sound to some of you it is a possiblity that one of the
above senarios may happen.
