This clearly shows that some African "leaders" are not just being
fanatical, but are rather insane! When it gets to a point when innocent
young women could be arrested by the state police "for being unmarried",
it proves conclusively that mentally deranged people are running the
affairs of Nigeria.

What really does islam say about this lunacy?
