Hamjatta,
Well said! We have too many self-righteous charlatans on this forum. As you
rightly mentioned, these people haven't got the faintest idea the level of
sophistication some of the contributors on the L possess.
For most of them, the very fact that we are voicing out our disgust to that
bilious dictator Yahya 'moron' Jammeh , means that we are politicians. Some
of us might have sympathies for political parties and some don't. This
however, do not even mean that we are politicians. All we crying for is for
freedom and democracy.
I am annoyed that, this oaf Alieu S Keita have managed to distract the focus
of the L-ers during this past few days. I find it strange that we are being
asked to use appropriate language in dealing with the Jammeh mesh. Yahya
Jammeh deserves no respect whatsoever. How can a president, use profane
language to address his people anytime he addresses them.
Those asking for diversity of issues on this forum should spare us. Why are
they not initiating such? What are they waiting for? They should educate
us with their lofty ideas? Dim-wits like myself need enlightenment.
All the adjectives used here to discribe Yahya and his ilk is appropriate
language. Hamjatta, i wish some of these people read some of the language
used by the critics of the political leaders in west and compare it with
what is written on the L. Blair and Clinton have been called all kinds of
names-liar,foetus(Hague),fornicator etc.
It is also very patronising for these so-called friends of the Gambia to
tell us how to deal with our problems. I do appreciate their love for the
Gambia and the help they are providing for the ordinary people back home.
However, no one has the right to tell us how to fight for our freedom.
Gambians nowadays will not wait for anyone to do what is right. Do these
people want us to sit by and wait for the Gambia to completely disintegrate!
And when this happen, they expect us to cry out for help from the west! The
era of trusteeship is long gone.
I urge to the opposition to reinforce themselves and go for the jugular.
Yahya declared war on all Gambians and war he shall get.
Regards,
Mboge
