Ebrima,
          I cannot but register my sincere congratulations for a job well
done! It portrays the atmosphere exactly as it is on the ground. However i
want to agree with Ansumana in that every effort should be made to ensure
that it reaches the adressee. Itwould also be necessary to copy it to all
other diplomatic missions in the gambia and all media houses with the
exception of the DAILY OBSERVER and GRTS for obvious reasons.
