Please note that the order against Ousainou Darboe was made sometime in
1999/2000.As a result it did not deter Lawyer Darboe the opportunity to
contest the last Presidential Elections. Having said so, it is even
childlish for Lawyer Joof to rely on such Commission of Inquiry's  findings
against Darboe. Mr Darboe was simply asked to REPAY and not ordered to pay
a PENALTY as seen in other cases.
